One of the Army patrol boats pays a visit to a light naval craft and speaks to the Commander, as part of a routine inspection of coastal shipping. A river barge is also inspected. An officer goes aboard and looks at the cargo. A message regarding the barge, “The Happy Sue“ is sent back to base by a radio operator (natural sound).
