Caught By The Camera No. 40 (1935)

Titles read: “Caught by the Camera“. Various locations. Several shots of a small three-wheeled streamlined car driving along a busy street and parking beside a group of gawking people. We then see the car speeding across an airstrip (?), easily outrunning a conventional car. The conventional car drives around a man standing on the tarmac; the three-wheeler pivots round in a very tight circle, almost knocking the man over. (Location of events unknown.) Various shot of a “modern, barless“ area for tigers in a zoo. One tiger jumps in the water for a swim. In Corinthia, Austria, we see various shots of men and women in traditional costume performing a folk dance. Then the men (in Lederhosen) do a dance in pairs, involving much thigh, foot and face slapping. One of the men falls over. FILM ID: A VIDEO FROM BRITISH PATHÉ.
