Yngwie Malmsteen - KK’s Steel Mill - Paganini’s 4th / Adagio / Far Beyond the Sun

Far Beyond The Sun is one of my favourite tracks of his. I can’t believe how young he was when he recorded it. Malmsteen was incredibly loud but looked like he was having fun. The audience was quite quiet but I think they were suffering concussion from the stupendous volume, particularly when he used his bass pedals. Observe his blinding speed and articulate finger work (including his little finger), his beautiful vibrato and his ridiculous arpeggios. Filmed from the far left with a Sony HX60.
