Dom & Roland - Thunder (Max Wodarczyk Remix)

My cover of Thunder by Dom & Roland from the album Industry (1998) unmixed Oneshot samples of the drums were loaded onto a Roland TD-50 and performed manually by me. The rest of the track recreated and sequenced on an MPC One. Most of the sounds came from Dom & Roland’s Curiosities of Sound sample pack, the rest I approximated on a Korg Modwave and resampled onto the MPC. The Tighten Up break was also processed by me as only the Amen break and Life Could break were available from the sample pack. The filter cutoff frequency was controlled by an expression pedal on a Roland FC-300.
