In Hamburg, officials have warned of possible flooding along the Elbe River, while the city has already experienced heavy rains and flooding in lower areas. The Netherlands, known for its vulnerability to flooding, has activated its extensive flood protection systems as a precautionary measure. Authorities issued a warning to residents of low-lying regions, urging them to prepare for possible evacuation.
