An Amazing Cake With Classic Techniques

“The Cake” Created and styled by Mary Valentin, food stylist and pastry chef. The cake includes daquoise,butter creams,meringue mushrooms, candied fruit, expresso glaze, chocolate ganache and pulled sugar almonds. The cake was made as a fundraiser for Chicago Film archives.
