Message in a bottle found on the beach

We found this message of several papers and a prayer sheet inside the bottle on our adventures at the beach... It reads: John, I dont know what I did wrong yesterday when I called you to tell you I was having a problem. What I guess hurt me the most was you didn’t even try to check in with me to see if I was okay or anything. I finally gte towed home to find you passed out, I guess food is all over the walls. Why?
