Sledge Hockey Skills - Puck Handling While Turning

In this clip, Brad Bowden from Team Canada demonstrates how to handle the puck with one hand while skating. Watch how Brad keeps one stick blade on the ice, while utilizing a weight shift and the other stick to change direction to move around the pylons and to accelerate at the same time. Brad also pushes the puck slightly ahead of him when he’s turning so that he’s keeping the puck one step ahead of his body. You will need to work on your basic puck control and skating/turning skills before combining th
