SV Pan slow motion, as No. 118 of France, Claude Peschier, one of the eventual winners. SV Pan canoe coming down rapids upside down. It turns up right way with man still in it. He’s No. 10. SV No. 102 coming through rapids rather fast. He digs in his paddle and spins canoe round to a standstill. CU As he goes forward between the gates and off again. SV Pan as No. 118, France’s Claude Peschier, comes through very fast. He digs his paddle in water to stop, spins round, goes through gate and off again. He was amongst the first three Frenchmen.
