Elden Ring Unknown NPCs #8 Godrick? Network Test

I wasn’t able to get any good camera angles with this one so apologies for little to no good angles. I’m not too sure who specifically this NPC is, it has been rumored/speculated to be Godrick, or least what’s part of him in this model.
