2 World Champion Skimboarders get to test Brazil’s state of the art Wavepool. The Boa Vista Village boasts the largest Wavepool with PerfectSwell technology. The development includes private properties ranging from the $1.2 million to $2.2 million price range. The residents will be paying $100K a year to have access to the wave. Safe to say Skimboarders won’t be buying a home there anytime soon! Boa Vista Village is the expansion of Boa Vista, located in an area of ​​more than 2 million m², surrounded by lush landscaping and green areas in the city of Porto Feliz, less than 1 hour from São Paulo. It is next to Fazenda Boa Vista in an extremely preserved region with abundant natural resources. The architecture and the master plan were developed according to the most modern sustainable concepts based on international research.
