Live Flower Painting in Oils

Today I’m picking up a flower painting (roses in oils) that I’ve done two sessions on already. In the last session, I think the direction the painting is taking changed and became a little clearer to me, so I’m seeing if I still feel the same about it today. I’ll be using Munsell to make sure I continue with the same colours I’ve been using since the start of the painting, and also to help me control the light and shadow colours. I think I’ll be delving into into some more extreme edge softening today!
