“Maybe I’m On The Wrong Side?” - Russian Serviceman Considering Switching Sides

The RU soldier from the interception in this video is from 70th Motorized Rifle Regiment that once was considered “elite”. Ukrainians proved that status to be wrong and now it’s something like a penal regiment. I’m wondering how many Russian regiments, battalions or even divisions are now like this? What do you think?
