High volume shoulder session. I fuxken love it :P

I’m taking you through some of my favourite exercises and circuits I do on shoulder day. I find I get the best growth and stimulation from higher volume and higher rep ranges for shoulders, and focus more on the pump and less on the weight. Now I do slightly contradict myself a bit saying that, since I do like to perform heavy reps and cheat reps as well which I show.
