Cream 33-35% - 500 ml
Condensed milk – 370 grams (1 jar)

We will need 500 ml of cream with a fat content of 33-35%.
Before whipping, I always put the cream in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
Before pouring the cream into the container, they need to be shaken a little, since during storage the cream tends to delaminate.
The whipping container must be dry and clean.
For whipping cream, a manual or planetary mixer with a whisk attachment is suitable. An immersion blender with knives is not suitable. The corollas should also be dry.
We start whipping cream at a low speed, gradually increasing the speed.
The fatter the cream, the faster it is whipped. 35% are whipped much faster than 33%.
We need to beat the cream to soft peaks. Cream of this consistency is very easy to mix with some other bases.
Cream should not drain from the beaters of the mixer.
Now you can add condensed milk. You need 370 grams, that is, 1 can of condensed milk.
Add it gradually, without stopping whipping cream.
It doesn’t take long to beat, the cream just needs to be mixed with condensed milk.
We put a detachable adjustable ring in the dish.
We enclose a waffle cake in a ring.
It is better to lay the sides of the mold with an acetate film or strips of a dense file, so that you can quickly remove the ice cream from the ring. I didn’t do that.
Pour the creamy mass over the waffle cake.
The mass does not spread, as it is very airy.
Spread the second waffle cake on top. It is not necessary to press it tightly.
We send it to the freezer for about 5-6 hours.
It is best to prepare such an ice cream in the evening, then the waiting process will not be so painful.
Our ice cream is ready! The upper wafer may be slightly deformed.
The ice cream turns out very tasty. Ice crystals do not form, since we used heavy cream.
If you do not have waffle cakes, then you can simply fill the container with a creamy mass and send it to freeze.
