Gigabyte GTX 1070 G1 Gaming - Fan Buzzing/Rattling Issue

As you can see the fans keep kicking on and off at low temps making a loud rattling sound when they do. I have this card updated to the latest Gigabyte bios and have it set to silent mode. This seems to be a common issue right now that it could be fixed with a bios update to tweak the fan profiles, the card performs very well under load.
