Ukraine: OSCE visit Nikolaevka after alleged shelling

The OSCE’s Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine visited the village of Nikolaevka on Thursday after reports that the village had been recently shelled emerged. SOT, Vitali, Nikolaevka resident (Russian): “They [Ukrainian Army] are continuously shooting at these water towers. They zero-in on them. One was located here, but it was immediately shot at and now they shot the second as well. Local residents were left without water; we do not know how to get out of this situation.
