DIY T-shirt into Peplum Top

READDDD Hey guys :) Depending on your size there may or may not be enough fabric on the bottom to create the skirt. If that happens, you can always cut the skirt out on another tshirt or on some stretch fabric. This is just what I was able to create using my XL tshirt.
