Grandpa Died! NOBODY would help with his Overgrown Yard but I did for FREE then noticed this!

I was driving through town and noticed this Overgrown yard where the bushes along the driveway and in front of the house were so tall they were blocking the entrance. As I approached the house I noticed that the entire handicap ramp was blocked with overgrown brush and briars. I went to knock on the front of the house and noticed a sign that said use side door, I went to the side door and no one answered. I stopped by the neighbors house and learned that the Grandpa that lived here was a disabled veteran and recently died however, after I finished I noticed something odd driving past the house the following night.
