The storyboard is about an unknown band that breaks out of their cave or rather, tin soldiers that depart from the Salvation army quarters in Paris to take over the city and gets nothing but ridicule and hatred from their groupies while being groomed for stardom by their crooked manager... a real burlesque little movie!
