He teaches Psychology courses in Motivation, Marketing Psychology, Social Psychology, and Organizational Development. Professor Sachau is a Distinguished Faculty Scholar and is the Director of the Organizational Effectiveness Research Group. Professor Sachau’s research includes various social psychology topics and “me-search” such as the psychology of golf.
