Thousands of anti-vaccine and anti-lockdown protesters rallied in central Melbourne on Saturday to oppose a new bill designed to replace State of Emergency laws and continue imposing restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The protest brought together thousands of people who marched with placards and banners against the COVID-19 closures and vaccination mandates. Politician Catherine Cumming member of the Legislative Council, and well-known activist Harrison Mclean were among the protesters.
