Artismia : Skull Ice Pick (Pt. 1) (DiResta Inspired)

Feeling inspired by the Ice Pick creations of Mr. Jimmy DiResta, I had to create one of my own. This is Welded Steel using oxyacetylene and ER70S rods. This is not Brazing.
