Joaquin Phoenix gets arrested as the Joker filming Joker: Folie á Deux in the Bronx, NY. The Joker is detained by cops while being distracted by Harley Quinn (Lady Gaga) as she does a musical number on top of the stairs for the dramatic scene. The Joker musical has been filming in the Bronx for days with many of the scenes taking place in the same famous staircase where he performed his iconic dance.
