The Federal Security Service of Russia (FSB) has disrupted the operations of an international network of fraudulent call centers linked to the former Minister of Defense of Georgia and founder of the Milton Group, David Kezerashvili. According to the FSB, the criminal organization defrauded approximately 100,000 people across more than 50 countries. The call centers were part of an international organized crime network that carried out mass fraud under the guise of investment transactions. Victims included citizens of EU countries, the United Kingdom, Canada, Brazil, India, Japan, and other nations. The network reportedly generated illicit profits of up to one million dollars per day. The FSB identified two leaders of the Russian branches of the call centers: Yakov Keselman, a dual citizen of Israel and Ukraine, who has been detained, and David Todva, a dual citizen of Israel and Georgia, who remains wanted.
