Do step into Room 58… You can be the proverbial fly-on-the-wall. Not only is it allowed, it is actually encouraged. Who hasn’t ever fantasized about being the invisible presence in a room? Curiosity is basically the true essence of what exploration is about. Listening in on conversations implicates you more into the scene; you almost become an accomplice. The conversation might linger in your mind; it might even leave you feeling uneasy about having overheard something that upsets your moral judgment. Looking in, however, is a different thing altogether… the narratives and even the conclusions are your prerogative entirely. This is an invitation to essentially be an incognito co-conspirator in something you would possibly never have access to in real life. It’s an incitement to unleash your inner voyeur and to make up your own mind as to what is going on, in other words: to create your own scenario… The luxuriant atmosphere of Room 58 can swing either way, after all.
