The Royal Ballet Swan Lake ~ Act I Waltz & Polonaise Principal Vadim Muntagirov as Prince Siegfried Dancers of the Royal Ballet Vadim Muntagirov as Prince Siegfried leading the Dancers of the Royal Ballet Company through the Waltz of Act I. Such a beautiful Waltz with such an iconic piece of music played by the beautiful orchestra! The music fills the dancers and allows them to move so freely as individual dancers but as one! A truly romantic and heart felt ballet which has such a gorgeous story. I feel as though the corps de ballet may think that they aren’t watched, and the audience eyes are fixated on the principal, but the sheer artistry and talent in the Corps, especially in this ballet is so moving and stunning to watch, it’s hard not too! They move as one and can really appreciate their hard work in rehearsing to make it look as incredible as it does! It is so lovely to see that the dancers here who were once in the Corps, are now in the leading roles of Odette / Odile and Prince Siegfried! Hopefully this is what the dancers in the corps are thinking as they dance in this beautiful ballet this season as one day, they too will be performing these incredible roles! #royalballet #royaloperahouse #roh #swanlake #waltz
