How to clear snow on a railway in the mountains

I managed to catch an interesting moment on that trip on the railway to the mountains. Due to the fact that winters are no longer so snowy in our area, the video shows a rather rare moment of using a snow blower of the SDP-2M type. Although the snow cover in this particular area is not so large, it is possible that the snow fell at a higher level somewhere. Judging by the abundance of black exhaust from two sections of the 2TE10M diesel locomotive, the diesel locomotive does not work at all when the engine is idling. You can also see the work of a snowplow operator folding the blade-wing before crossing the bridge.
