May-hem day: Tear gas & water cannons deployed during demo in Chile

Clashes broke out between protesters and police in Santiago as thousands took to the streets of the Chilean capital for an International Workers’ Day march. Violence reportedly broke out when protesters in black started attacking the police mid-march. Special Forces responded with tear gas and water cannons.
