Dragon Flag with 8 lbs weight
I’m a former natural bodybuilding competitor.. One day I realized that the traditional weights and machines training I’ve been doing for 23 years wasn’t giving me the results I really wanted at this stage in my training career.
I wanted to be functionally fit and I wasn’t. So, I started seriously limiting traditional gym equipment training and also incorporating a lot of calisthenics exercises.
The Weighted Human Dragon Flag has been a favorite core exercise for me since 2007. Back then it was the only core exercise I was doing.
Nowadays the Human Dragon Flag - weights and no weights - is present in each and every calisthenics / bodyweight workout I do... And, I only do calisthenics!
