About a year ago the youth in Ecole le Ruisseau Leadership and Resiliency Program (LRP) wanted to make a lip dub video. SPEC Connections youth counsellor, Mimi Pebernat, researched some song ideas. Due to the culturally diverse uniqueness of the Brooks community we felt that “Wavin Flag“ by K`naan Celebration Mix was very well suited.
