Ultra Street Fighter 4 is Broken

This is a parody of Heeew’s “Smash is Broken“ videos. Revisited this game recently and felt motivated to make this compilation of broken stuff. Didn’t wanna just throw the five ultra characters in there and complain about them (Decapre notably has a lot of broken stuff tho), so I tried to vary it and touch on every character at least once. I know I missed a few, but there’s so many characters in this game and this video is already so long just let me have this.
