Joint warm-up:
- Head tilts left / right / forward / backward
- Turning the head left / right

- Sit in a seat, spread your knees with your elbows
- Turns of the body from the gray

- Rises on socks
Perform each exercise for 4-6 repetitions. The pace is calm.
Such a warm-up can be performed not only before training, but also after waking up.
