Melbourne duo Big Scary is Jo Syme (drums, vocals) and Tom Iansek (guitar, piano, lead vocals). They play streamlined, layered, and sonically varied pop music that draws on wide reaching musical interests including Kanye West and Bruce Springsteen. Tom, Jo and their band came into our Live Set studios in Melbourne a couple of weeks ago to play songs for a live audience from their brand new album Not Art, plus favourites from their debut Vacation.
