MSI RTX 3080 Ventus 3X OC Fan Replacement

At first I thought it is okay to leave my mishandled fan mishap of losing one blade of one of the three fan of the Ventus OC. Suddenly the load of my Sim Racing rising, the PC become so noisy and rather shaky. The texture become flickering, i thought it caused by this turbulent micro-shake of my new broken GPU, i was praying that the GPU not artifacting and also because of the copper shims that I installed altogether with the copper dust that i gave it from shaving the undulating heatsink. I even try to glue the fan when i know that single blade causing the turbulent shaking, yet it is not working unfortunately, the material of the fan is like slime powder that when it broke it is like it become hydrophobic. When i dont know that the turbulent shake came from the rattly fan, i was delaying to order the fan replacement until now. I am sharing the process of fan replacement because it might happen to anyone too. This ventus fan model is rather slim and big but quite brittle so watchout dont press to hard on the
