This video explores the methods that Bruce Wayne might use to support his training. Batman is depicted as following an insane training regime, on top of crime fighting AND running Wayne Enterprises. To accomplish this, he would need to get by on less sleep, fuel his body smartly, and generally optimize his nutrition and recovery.
This is a nerdy thought-experiment, but it’s also relevant for many of us struggling with burnout. How can we sleep like Batman? How can we juggle a hectic schedule on top of intense training?
