Nancy dancing. Athleticism, courage, grace, freedom, bold choices, deep listening, independence and the flashes of that smile throughout... It can be easy to forget just how much of her improvisation and the techniques she developed through practicing that improvisation, have become contact ’standards’ and pathways now familiar to anyone who is in the practice.
