KMD 2.5 cc diesel model engine

First run of the Russian KMD 2.5 cc diesel. Made in St Petersburg in the 1980’s and 1990’s. Setting in this video is rich and under compressed. Propeller is a Taipan black composite 8 x 4. This is a finely made engine. It features schnuerle porting and some original engineering not seen in other model diesels. It is well mannered, easy starting and capable of very good performance. Fuel composition: 33% Diethyl Ether 1.5% Iso Propyl Nitrate
