South Korean capital sees worst rainfall in 80 years leaving at least 8 people dead

The downpour has killed at least eight in the East Asian country, injuring nine people while six were listed as missing. The popular Gangnam district in southern Seoul was one of the hardest hit areas, with power lines down and stores flooded. The Korea Meteorological Administration expects rainfall to continue through August 11.
