US: Russia orchestrating Ukraine violence

The UN Security Council is meeting to discuss the ongoing crisis in Ukraine. “This is the saddest kind of instability,“ said Samantha Power, the US representative. “It is completely man-made. This instability was written and choreographed in and by Russia.“ Power said the US will participate in the Geneva talks on April 17, but said Russia will have to explain why its forces continue to amass at Ukraine’s border for those talks to be successful.
