Archive footage: Rostov-on-Don prison hostage takers arrested in 2023

Several convicted ISIS members who took Russian prison workers hostage, were eliminated by security forces in Rostov-on-Don. The terrorists were arrested back in 2023 while they were planning to blow up Supreme Court in Karachay-Cherkessia Republic.
