Western presence has never created security Iranian naval commander

Russia, Iran and China are once again flexing their naval muscles, in joint drills in the Gulf of Oman. More than 20 ships from the three nations are involved in the maneuvers. The goal is to strengthen the security of international maritime trade, as well as combat piracy and terrorism.
