Kid pulls hilarious faces and ruins congressman’s speech

In the glorious intersection of ‘never work with children and animals’ and ‘bring your kid to work day,’ Tennessee congressman Rep. John Rose (R-TN) gave his impassioned speech to the House, while six-year-old Chris Rose put those endless hours practicing his silly faces to good work, and completely stole all attention away from his dad.
