Gerard Way Doom Patrol Young Animal Event at Golden Apple Comics

The world famous Golden Apple Comic shop in Los Angeles hosted a launch event for DC Comics new imprint Young Animal with visionary Gerard Way. The event took place on Melrose Avenue on Thursday September 15, 2016 from 5-7 pm. He was set to sign Doom Patrol #1 for only 150 ticketed fans but Gerard’s supporters showed up in droves and he generously extended autographs for over 225 people in only 2 hours.
