50 year old lost ring returned to original owner

After finding my first ever gold ring while metal detecting, I do a little detective work to track down the original owner. The ring I found was a big1960 gold class ring from a nearby high school. After a little research, I found that the school keeps the photos of each graduating class and hangs them up in the main hallway.
