In this video Aoi San visits one of Myanmar’s greatest chefs - Ye Htut Win - owner of Sharkys restaurants and judge on the TV cooking show - MasterChef. Ye Htut Win is well known for his high standards and passion for food which has led him to independently craft a range of produce such as salt, bread and cheese among many others.
