Why this is the best way to land on your feet (How to Walk)

Where to land is the biggest question about barefoot walking (barefoot shoe walking). Society has become accustomed to heel striking and with the design of conventional footwear, we have increased the heel cushion to thicknesses of over 40mm tall. When compared to the 3-5mm thickness of foot shaped footwear, the heel doesn’t have the same level of protection. Barefoot shoes are designed to be as minimal in design and cushioning as possible, to give the feeling of being truly barefoot. When making the transition in footwear, you will also need to transition to a more suitable way of running and walking. In this video, I explain where to strike the ground with your feet, when walking and the same method applies for running. Hit that Subscribe button for future updates and videos!
