EDIT: 12/28/15 - Jeffrey Dean Morgan has been cast as Negan some time ago and is going to rock it. This is just a fan project. I have some more footage and really want this to be nothing more than fan service set in the time Negan was establishing. Lucielle’s inception and starting the Saviors.
