Watch How This Cat Was Rescued from Ledge of 12-Story Building

Never mind cat on a hot tin roof, this cat was stuck on a ledge all the way on the 12th story of a building in Singapore. Watch as rescuers use a device with a ring attached to it to grab the little guy. It took several tries before the cat latched on and was reunited with its owner.
