2013 World Chess Championships Carlsen vs Anand - Game 1

The current world champion, Viswanathan Anand, and the highest rated player in the world, Magnus Carlsen, square off for the title of World Champion. This series is 12 matches with both sides playing each color 6 times. Time controls are 120 minutes for the first 40 moves, 60 minutes additional for next 20 moves and then 15 minutes with 30 sec increment thereafter. In the first game we see Magnus Carlsen play the Reti opening defended by the Grunfeld Defense from Anand.
